The acting police commissioner James Philbert has proceeded on pre-retirement leave.
C News understands that until the new police commissioner is appointed, newly appointed deputy police commissioner Stephen Williams will act as police commissioner.

Warner says T&T will be ready for U17 World Cup 2010

  

FIFA vice president Austin Jack Warner is set to walk away after next month's under-17 women's world cup.
The special advisor to the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation was instrumental in bringing this tournament and the 2001 FIFA under 17 world championships to local soil.
