Barbados/ Guyana CT20 match rained out

The Barbados/ Guyana Group B match in the Caribbean T20 championships has washed out without a ball being bowled at the Oval.

The game was the first match of a double header which also featured the Windward Islands against the Combined Colleges and Campuses.

That too was abandoned without a ball being bowled.

Heavy showers this afternoon in Port of Spain caused the match to be abandoned.

With the match rained out Barbados now finish as group winners.

Barbados has a net run-rate of +.975.

Guyana are second with a net run-rate is 0.361.

Both teams are on eight points.
