Salandy confident of victory

Jizelle Salandy had not gotten much sleep today but when C-sport brought news of her latest accolade to her, she seemed not to mind.

Salandy said this year is shaping up well too and spoke about its highlights thus far and those to come.

She is in training at her Alicia's Guest House headquarters alongside Kevin Placide, Sean Corbin and Aldric Johnson in preparation for her next fight.

Her multiple title defence is carded for November 29th at the Jean Pierre Complex and despite having to push it back due to fitness issues Salandy is pleased with her progress thus far.

She has been privy to information on her next opponent, Yahada Hernandez, and she is a little impressed but said there is no doubt who will be the victor on the night.
